Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex queries, and supporting our clients across diverse channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with strong data entry and analysis skills. The Senior Customer Support Representative will play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and empathetic interactions.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Utilise data entry skills to update customer records accurately within the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience and maximise sales potential.
- Analyse customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude whilst managing challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Support training initiatives for new team members, sharing expertise in communication techniques and analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or call centre environment is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual) is highly advantageous.
- Strong data entry capabilities with high accuracy levels.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanour when engaging with customers.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Ability to upsell products or services naturally during interactions without compromising service quality.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per month
