WIX WEBSITE MIGRATION & REDESIGN FOR GUNNERSBURY PARK AND MUSEUM
Client: Gunnersbury Park & Museum
Project Duration: 6 weeks
Location: Hybrid (Gunnersbury Park Museum, West London)
Rate of pay: £40 per hour
We’re looking for someone to help us redesign and migrate our website to Wix Business Elite over a 6-week project. You’ll work closely with our team to create a modern, accessible, user-friendly website that reflects our new brand and is easy for our staff to manage after launch.
You’ll be:
- Designing and building our new Wix website from the ground up
- Improving the site’s structure and user journey
- Collaborating with our team on layouts, features and functionality
- Bringing our new visual identity to life online
- Migrating content from our current website
- Advising on UX, accessibility, SEO and website best practices
- Setting up the CMS so our team can easily update content
- Supporting testing, launch and handover
The site will include features such as:
- Events and calendars
- Ticketing and bookings
- Forms
- Donations
- CRM integrations
- Marketing automations
- Analytics and reporting
- Mobile optimisation and SEO
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience designing and building websites in Wix
- Thinks about UX as well as great visual design
- Can confidently interpret and apply brand guidelines
- Understands accessibility, responsive design and SEO
- Enjoys collaborating and communicating throughout a project
- Has experience with website migrations or replatforming projects
Experience working with museums, charities, heritage or cultural organisations would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
