Fixed term 2-year post. Full-time. Duties and Responsibilities Support and coordinate a new and robust partnership sales approach, with full-service engagement that relates to benefits and costs. Represent Visit Belfast, as required, by attending partner launches / FAM visits and other stakeholder workshops/events and meetings. Assist in the renewal and administrative servicing of existing partnerships and in the recruitment of new partners from initial enquiry to proactive sales research to meetings/presentations and developing formal agreements. Support and assist in the organisation of Visit Belfast member and partner events and networking occasions to develop relationships with partners and industry stakeholders. Monitor, along with the Commercial and Partnership Manager, partnership performance on a regular basis, implementing remedial action where required and reporting on progress against sales targets and performance measures. Conduct proactive activity of sales research to identify potential new Visit Belfast partners, supporting on developing and executing sales marketing presentations and plans to pitch to identified potential new partners. Support partnership enquiries, sales, marketing, financial and service processes and procedures effectively. Resolve partner queries and complaints efficiently and effectively as well as identifying common issues and recommending solutions and changes to improve the partnership service. Maintain a detailed and accurate database/CRM system in accordance with GDPR and Visit Belfast procedures. Support partnership contact management strategies and engagement through liaising with all Visit Belfast departments in relation to partnership communications, sales and marketing activity. Contribute to the development/ updating of Visit Belfast websites and digital marketing in relation to partnership. Update and maintain all partnership records and entries including publications, digital applications, and websites to ensure they are accurate and correct. Contribute, as appropriate, to partnership communications from developing content, coordinating email marketing processing and managing partnership contact lists. Support, develop and contribute to the achievement of annual partnership income revenue targets. Available to work outside normal hours including attending evening/weekend industry & networking events Carry out all duties with full regard to Visit Belfast's equal opportunities and fair employment policies. Travel on behalf of Visit Belfast may be required as part of the job. Undertake other duties as required. Personal Specification Essential Qualifications Degree level or equivalent qualification OR 3 years sales / customer account management experience. Relevant Experience Minimum of 2 years sales / customer account management experience. Demonstrated ability and track record of meeting and exceed sales targets. Proven client/customer service experience. Production of quality client proposals and presentations. Evidence of achieving objectives and targets under pressure with tight deadlines. SpecialAptitudes Results orientated individual. Ability to initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Self-starter, energy, drive, enthusiasm and team player. Proficient in key MS office applications; Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint etc. Circumstances Available to work outside normal hours as necessary. Available to attend industry events, business social events and client meetings which may be out of hours. This role may require some travel throughout Northern Ireland & UK Desirable Qualifications Qualification, in a relevant discipline such as marketing, tourism/hospitality or business studies. Relevant Experience Minimum of 3 years sales / customer account management experience. Knowledge of Belfast as a tourism destination. Previous experience of working in a partnership / membership organisation. Experience of delivering presentations / sales pitches. Special Aptitudes Experience of using Salesforce CRM Circumstances Clean driving license and access to own transport.
