We’re working with VisionTrack, one of Europe’s leading providers of video telematics and AI-powered fleet technology, as they continue to scale their Solutions Engineering team. This is an opportunity to step into a customer-facing technical role where you’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, helping design and deliver solutions that genuinely impact customers in the real world. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting customer engagements by understanding technical and operational requirements
  • Helping design end-to-end solutions across hardware, platform, and integrations
  • Working closely with Sales to support demos, proposals, and technical discussions
  • Contributing to RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities
  • Producing clear solution documentation (configurations, assumptions, risks)
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering to feed in customer requirements
  • Supporting onboarding and early-stage deployments

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Presales, Applications Engineer or similar role and exposure to the hardware side
  • Exposure to hardware from vehicle telematics or camera/video systems
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing, consultative environment
  • Strong communication skills - able to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Organised and detail-focused, with a structured approach to problem-solving

Nice To Have (but Not Essential)

  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems (e.g. CAN bus)
  • Experience supporting PoCs, pilots, or technical deployments
