- Design & Development

- Master Webflow – Develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites with animations, interactions, and structured CMS setups.
- Prototype with Precision – Use Figma to create interactive prototypes that make ideas tangible before they go live.
- Optimise for Performance – Ensure every site is built with speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices in mind.
- Collaboration & Client Interaction
- Present with Confidence – Explain design concepts and Webflow builds to clients in a way that excites and reassures them.
- Work as a Team – Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver flawless projects.

What We’re Looking For...
- Essential Skills & Experience
- 2-3+ years of web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, user-centric designs.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems.
- Deep Webflow expertise, from CMS setup to animations and performance optimisation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite & design tools.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge (a plus, but not required!).
