Start date 4th January 2027

Help keep a growing business moving. Make a difference that goes beyond the office.

At Visionpath, we're on a mission to make early careers more equal. We believe a young person's background shouldn't limit their career potential. That's why we work with top employers to create exciting career opportunities for young people from all backgrounds.

As an award-winning early careers specialist, we create programmes that help businesses reach, recruit and retain diverse future talent. From work experience and career outreach programmes, to end-to-end early careers recruitment solutions, we've helped over 50,000 young people take steps towards brighter futures and enabled clients like Berenberg, Howden, Mars and Ofcom to build more diverse talent pipelines.

We're a small, ambitious team with big plans for growth. We're looking for a PA & Office Manager to help us on that journey.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for an organised, proactive and capable all-rounder to be the operational backbone of Visionpath. As PA & Office Manager you'll help keep our business running smoothly and our leadership team working at their best.

It's a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of essential administration to keep our business moving, from finance and suppliers to people processes and office operations. You'll also work closely with our founder and CEO, providing trusted PA support and helping keep priorities, meetings and commitments on track.

You'll be someone who likes getting things done, spots what needs doing without being asked and enjoys making things tick. There'll be plenty of variety and the chance to make a real contribution to a growing, purpose-led business.

The Role:

  • Business Operations - assisting with supplier management and IT administration and keeping internal systems and our office environment organised and running smoothly.
  • PA & Leadership Support - Assisting our CEO with diary management, meetings, documents and keeping on top of priorities and commitments.
  • Finance Administration - looking after bookkeeping, invoicing, supplier payments, expenses and payroll administration, alongside our management accountant.
  • HR Administration - keeping people records and processes organised, including onboarding, recruitment support, policy management and safeguarding compliance.
  • Team Coordination - helping organise company meetings, team events and travel arrangements.

It's part-time, 22 hours per week, with potential as we grow for the role to become full-time too. Due to the nature of the role, it will be fully office-based.

About You:

You'll be an experienced administrator, PA or Office Manager who enjoys variety, takes ownership and gets satisfaction from making things run smoothly. You'll bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle different priorities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and infectious enthusiasm, with confidence to get things done without needing constant direction
  • Practical experience of bookkeeping and finance administration, ideally using QuickBooks (training can be provided)
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools and learning internal systems
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality, with sound judgement and excellent communication skills.

Most of all, you'll be someone who can be relied upon, likes autonomy and wants to be part of a close-knit team that's making a positive difference for clients and young people.

Because of our work with young people, the successful candidate for this role will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS criminal record check.

We're a friendly, ambitious business with a clear sense of purpose and exciting future plans. You'll work closely with our leadership team, have real ownership of responsibilities and play an important part in our future growth. We also offer you:

  • A day off on your birthday
  • Individual annual training allowance to support your development
  • Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing perks
  • Bright, spacious riverside offices in Sawbridgeworth, Herts, close to mainline train links and with free parking

Applications close on Friday 6th November, but we may close applications early if we have high levels of interest so we can provide the best candidate experience. Interviews will take place w/c 16th November with a planned start date of 4th January 2027.
