Maternity Leave commencing Mid August - South East London, 3 days a week.
Salary £45,000 - £55,000 annual equivalent (£27K-£33K).
This is a great opportunity for a Production Accountant/Finance Manager with strong Paprika skills and relevant experience within the creative sector to take on this sole role managing the finance department, reporting to the Managing Director and Freelance Finance Director.
Ideally you will be part qualified or QBE, confident, outgoing, and looking for a part time, 3 day week opportunity.
As Production Accountant/Finance Manager you will work closely with the Production team ensuring client budgets are accurate and the jobs are fully reconciled. Attend board meetings to report on company figures and any other ad-hoc company processes and decisions.
You will manage all day to day accounting (including posting invoices, raising sales invoices, paying suppliers, reconciling the bank accounts etc.) and have the responsibility for producing monthly Management Accounts with variance analysis. Also prepare and manage cashflow forecasts, company forecast and financial analysis measuring the success of projects.
Other responsibilities will include preparing and accounting for all VAT, PAYE and Tax, and monthly Payroll. Assisting the FD with ad hoc projects.
