VisionFR is excited to be recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, fast-growing luxury creative-services business. This is an opportunity for the Finance Manager to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the finances quickly and put procedures in place for prompt invoicing, accurate records, reporting and deadlines being met.
Key Responsibilities of the sole role Finance Manager:
- Own the day-to-day finance operation, maintaining accurate, complete and well-organised accounting records in Xero
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice approval, customer billing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and credit notes
- Lead credit control, resolving queries quickly and maintaining clear visibility of overdue balances and collection commitments
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, payment platforms and control accounts accurately and on time
- Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, deferred income and balance sheet reconciliations
