Finance Assistant Responsibilities Include: First point of contact for basic finance queries, owning and overseeing our accounts inbox Assist with customer and supplier queries such as copy invoices, payment due dates and any statements Process supplier and freelancer invoices – review invoices for accuracy and VAT, check for a valid PO on Procim Spot unusual or inconsistent charges or invoices and raise these for review with the HoF Prep draft weekly payment files to stay on time with payments to suppliers Manage company credit cards/expense claims on a day to day basis checking spend and chasing for missing receipts Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions Marking off customer invoices as paid and support in chasing late payments Assist with the month end accounting, including prepayments, fixed assets, bank…
