VisionFR is excited to be working with a growing experiential agency to find their first Part time Finance Director to support the CEO on Commerciality, Profitability and Growth whilst also reducing risk. They are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Finance Director to oversee the day-to-day financial management by managing the finance manager, ensuring all financial matters are controlled, ensuring that all processes and systems are fit for purpose and making improvements to drive efficiencies throughout the agency whilst also getting the agency ready for an exit event 3-5 years down the line.
Responsibilities of the Part Time Finance Director
Driving the financial performance of the business, working closely with the CEO and senior team to drive growth and profitability. Preparation and production of annual financial plans, regular forecasts and report to support the business.
Systems / Processes : get under the skin of and interrogate all agency processes, systems and resources. Recommend changes as applicable and aid their implementation. On an ongoing basis be hands on with the day to day maintenance & team compliance of all best practices
Management Accounting : Ultimate responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, Analyse management accounts to provide management insight. Assist the
