Role Overview:
Our Client is a growing fast paced and energetic creative agency with a focus on clients within the beauty and wellness arena.
The Senior Finance Manager/ FC will be a main point of contact for all things financial and who’s role is key day to day running of the business. The Senior Finance Manager/ FC must establish strong working relationships with the wider business and the senior management team both in the UK and US. This role is integral to the business and the candidate will therefore be an expert on all finance related matters, particularly with regard to billing, payment and cost/spend status across various projects. The position requires gravitas, diligence, positivity, integrity, proactivity and enthusiasm, which should inspire others and instil confidence that the advice and information provided is both accurate and in the best interests of the business and its Clients.
The Senior Finance Manager/ FC must show a high degree of objectivity and be the person who upholds policy, without inhibiting the commercial performance of the business. The candidate must also have the ability to mentor and guide their team of 4 to ensure they progress and support as needed.
