We are seeking a Sales Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications (BizApps) and advanced digital selling capabilities. In this role, you will drive customer transformation by positioning Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, etc.) in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Manufacturing industries. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver industry-relevant business outcomes powered by Microsoft’s cloud ERP offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by leading end-to-end sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions across target industries.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to identify opportunities for digital transformation in ERP.
- Leverage Microsoft’s digital selling tools and processes to prospect, engage, and convert customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers’ business processes, industry challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Architects, Partners, Marketing, Customer Success) to craft compelling value propositions.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft ecosystem partners to jointly drive go-to-market strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on Microsoft BizApps product roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ERP solution sales, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Demonstrated success selling into Retail, CPG, and/or Manufacturing industries.
- 7+ years of solution selling experience, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS/cloud technologies.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
- Proficiency with digital selling tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications in BizApps (MB-210, MB-920, MB-310, MB-330, etc.).
- Experience with competitive ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
