Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
- Follow pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
- Build positive relationships within the school community.
- No experience necessary; full training provided by ABC Teachers.
- A passion for working with young people.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a school environment.
- Online courses covering essential classroom management and teaching techniques.
- An in-person training session at our Lichfield office/or Birmingham, where you will receive hands-on experience and guidance from experienced education professionals.

To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor you will:
- A passion for education and working with young people.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
- The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
