ABC Teachers are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools across Stafford and surrounding areas. No experience is required as all training is provided by our experienced team. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in education, with flexible options to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor you will:
  • A passion for education and working with young people.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
  • The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • A passion for education and working with young people.
