Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make your mark in secondary education?
We are currently seeking passionate and committed Secondary ECTs across all subject areas to join our network of partner schools from September 2025. Our schools are based in Lichfield, Tamworth, Burntwood, Cannock and surrounding areas, offering a variety of teaching opportunities to suit your needs – whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time roles, long-term placements, or flexible day-to-day supply.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through ABC Teachers).
