Mathematics Teacher – September 2025 Start

About The Role
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join a high-achieving 11–18 mixed secondary school with a thriving Sixth Form in the Darlington area. This permanent position is ideal for both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE in Mathematics or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Mathematics curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
