Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

ABC Teachers is currently seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming special needs school in Walsall. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to positively impact the learning and development of primary-aged children with moderate needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Personalised Support: Deliver 1:1 and small group assistance to help students engage and thrive.
• Inclusive Practice: Foster a classroom environment where every child feels valued and included.
• Commitment: Be available for an immediate and long-term placement, providing consistency and care.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong Behaviour Management: Confident in guiding and supporting students with varying needs.
• Relevant Experience: Background working with children with additional or complex learning needs.
• Effective Communicator: Able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Fully Compliant: Must hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one) and provide suitable references.
