Cloud ERP Consultant, SAP

Full-time/Permanent Location: UK & Ireland, work-from-home. Travel Required: Must be available to travel to client sites as needed.

We’re growing our Business Suite team and are looking for a Cloud ERP Consultant to help deliver next-generation ERP solutions for organisations with £50m to £500m turnover. This role sits within our Cloud Business Suite practice, working with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

We’re looking for candidates who can thrive in an ERP cloud environment — people who understand how to help clients adopt standardised, scalable solutions, and who are comfortable working across a broad range of responsibilities. Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP is valuable, but not required, as we are open to other Cloud ERP and finance platforms. As a Cloud ERP Consultant, you will:

• Lead and support workstreams on cloud ERP implementations, helping clients adopt fit-to-standard processes with an outcome-led delivery approach.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Configure and optimise processes across a wide range of operational areas, aligned to client goals and standard solution capabilities.
• Support clients through training, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption to drive fast time to value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader project scope, where needed.
• Contribute to presales, effort estimations, and internal knowledge sharing as the practice continues to grow.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for demonstrated skills and proven qualifications in the following areas:

• Experience delivering Cloud ERP implementation projects in supply chain, professional services, and/or financial environments is desired.
• Preference for applicants with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, but also open to candidates with SAP ByDesign, SAP Concur, and SAP Business Suite.
• Strong customer-success mindset, with experience to guide clients towards standard solutions, challenge unnecessary customisation, and focus on scalable outcomes.
• Strong process knowledge, across a wide range of operational areas.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and enablement, including leading workshop facilitation, stakeholder discussions, and end-user training.
• Agility to respond and adapt to changing requirements within modern cloud delivery models, and to work across broader project scopes where needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning, evidenced by SAP certifications and/or equivalent or wider-cloud learning initiatives (completed or in progress).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills, with confidence to guide clients through project decisions.
