Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator.

Your skill set should demonstrate your ability to satisfy the transportation needs of all prospective buyers including large to mid-size fleets, owner operators, private companies, and a variety of vocational truck buyers. Your ability to “connect” to existing Vision Truck Group customers while growing this customer base will be essential. The successful candidate will be representative of the Vision Truck Group Brands while delivering the core values.

Summary

This role is responsible for supporting four dealership locations through ongoing communication.

Responsibilities

1. Continuous communication in person, on the phone, and by email with the Sales Team, Management, Service, Parts, and Accounting Departments in addition to various vendor-partners.
2. Supporting the sales team with data and ongoing changing information.
3. Support fleet customers with quick, consistent, and detail-oriented responses.
4. Review and process Invoices and Sales Agreements.
5. Online warranty registration.
6. MTO Licensing.
7. Maintaining and updating the CRM database.
8. Coordinating and updating build schedules.
9. Filing of documents both physically and electronically.
10. Commute to MTO regularly for licensing.
11. Meet goals assigned by management.
12. All other duties as required.

Qualifications

1. Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic Accounting Knowledge.
3. Windows Software proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
4. Communicating clearly and professionally.
5. Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
6. Ability to use judgment and make decisions.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment.
8. Ability to work through interruptions.
9. Valid G License and clean driving record.

Working Conditions

Full-time position. Commute to MTO regularly.
