About Us
We are working with a two-form entry school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. \’Service\’ is at the heart of everything the school does. They are looking for a Year 3 Teacher for an ASAP start. The ideal Year 3 Teacher will be experienced, have strong behaviour management, SEN experience and confident with differentiation. If you would like to work as a Year 3 Teacher, please read on!

Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 3 Teacher
- Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving and SEN pupils
- Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
- Observe and assess children\’s progress, providing feedback accordingly.
- Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- QTS or equivalent.
- At least 3 years\’ teaching experience
- Good understanding of the National Curriculum
- Prior experience as a Year 3 Teacher
- UK classroom-based experience
