As a Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you would be supporting a child with ASD and ADHD on a 1:1 basis. The successful Year 3 SEN Teaching Assistant would be supporting a boy who needs a firm routine with an adult who interacts with him at all times and can form a trusting relationship.
