As a Year 1 Teacher you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure all learners thrive.
- Work closely with the parallel Year 1 Teacher to share planning and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, trips, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports and parent meetings.
