About The Client:
We are working with a primary in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets where children love to come and learn. The school are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support groups of pupils throughout the school. As a Learning Support Assistant, you would be supporting children across the year groups. The successful Learning Support Assistant will have bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging the children.
Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:
- Support groups of pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
- Understanding of SEN
- Provide 1:1 and group support as a Learning Support Assistant
- Differentiating activities as required
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Learning Support Assistant:
- Prior experience working as a Learning Support Assistant
- Experience in supporting pupils with SEN
- Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups
- Willingness to work as part of a team
