Vision Teaching are currently searching for qualified Nursery School Key Workers, Level 2 to Level 6 EYFS qualifications or qualified teachers, to work across multiple outstanding nurseries under the education group starting September 2026.
The ideal Nursery School Key Worker will have:
- Minimum qualification Level 2
- Safeguarding Qualifications
- Behaviour management expertise
- At least 2 years experience working in a nursery setting
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Experience of working and communicating with both colleagues, parents and children
- Good organisational skills
- Positive team attitude
