Position Overview
I am on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Room Leader to join our amazing team in our Preschool classroom! You will have the responsibility of co‑leading your team, including a qualified Teacher who will take full responsibility for the teaching element of the preschool planning and assessments, as well as ongoing support from the Group's Head of Teaching.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in the Early Years sector
- Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team
- Knowledge of EYFS and play‑based learning
- Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
- Ideally, you must live within a 40‑minute commutable distance
- Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading
- Empathetic, caring, and friendly
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
