We are a teaching agency working with a successful and vibrant two‐form entry primary school in the Borough of Havering who are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA.
We are working with a friendly and thriving primary school in Gidea Park, in the London Borough of Havering. The school is looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a child on a 1:1 basis. As a Year 3 SEN TA, you would be supporting a child with autism. The child can be loud, is quite set in his ways but very intelligent. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging the child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a SEN pupil as a Year 3 SEN TA.
- Thorough understanding of ASD.
- Provide 1:1 support for a child.
- Differentiating activities as required.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA.
- Experience in supporting pupils with ASD.
- Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
