Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver and assess engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND, EAL and higher-attaining learners.
- Using assessment effectively to monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of student achievement and contributing to school reporting.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Upholding the school's behaviour policy and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Participating in staff meetings, CPD and wider school activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or achieving QTS before September.
