Vision Teaching is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Colchester to support a Year 3 child with autism from September. The role requires strong autism support experience and a passion for inclusive education to help children thrive academically.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the class teacher and support team to provide tailored 1:1 support, enhancing the child's learning and helping them manage routines effectively.
