About Us:
We are a teaching agency working with an inclusive and vibrant two-form entry primary school in the Borough of Redbridge who are looking for an experienced Year 3 Teacher.
About The Client:
We are working with a thriving and successful primary school in Woodford Green, in the London Borough of Redbridge. The school is dedicated to nurturing the growth of every pupil. They are looking for a full-time Year 3 teacher to join them from 5 October until July 2027. There is a potential opportunity for a permanent position for September 2027.
Key Responsibilities for the Year 3 Teacher:
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
- Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback accordingly
- Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school
- Carry out all responsibilities as a Year 3 Teacher
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Year 3 Teacher:
- QTS
- Strong behaviour management
- Good understanding of the National Curriculum
- Prior experience teaching as a Year 3 teacher
- UK classroom-based experience
