We are a teaching agency working with an inclusive and vibrant three-form entry primary school in the Borough of Havering who are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA.

About The Client:

We are working with a friendly and thriving primary school in Romford, in the Borough of Havering. The school has a family feel, making it a very special place to work. They are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a boy with Autism on a 1:1 basis. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging the child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a pupil with ASD as a Year 3 SEN TA
  • Thorough understanding of ASD
  • Differentiating activities as required
  • Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA
  • Experience in supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
