About The Client:
We are working with a primary school in the London Borough of Havering where children love to come and learn. The school are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a girl on a 1:1 basis. As a Year 3 SEN TA, you would be supporting a girl who has Autism and complex needs. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity and energy for stimulating and engaging the child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a child on a 1:1 basis
- Understanding of Autism
- Differentiating activities as required
- Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA
- Experience in supporting pupils with complex needs
- Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Safeguarding training
