Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Contract: ASAP - 18th December (Temp) About the Role Vision Talent Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Teacher to join a well-established Further Education College in Mansfield on a full-time, temporary basis until 18th December. In this role, you will deliver engaging Business lessons to students aged 16-18, supporting their academic development and helping them achieve positive outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make an immediate impact within a supportive and dynamic college environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across FE programmes. Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with awarding body specifications. Support learners in developing their understanding of key business concepts, including marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and management. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and learner progress. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Support learners in achieving their academic and personal goals. Essential Requirements A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, QTS, or equivalent). Relevant qualifications in Business Studies, Business Management, Economics, or a related subject area. Experience delivering Business Studies within an FE or secondary education setting. Strong knowledge of current business practices and industry trends. Strong classroom management and communication skills. An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement. Desirable Requirements Previous experience teaching BTEC, NCFE, or A-Level Business programmes. Experience working within a Further Education College environment.
