Key Responsibilities:
- Utilising modern surveying techniques and equipment including total stations, GPS, laser scanners, drones, and data collection devices
- Accurately documenting underground utility assets and conducting manhole inspections, along with performing above-ground topographical surveys
- Assisting your mentor in completing surveys following Vision Survey\'s, RICS, and industry PAS 128 standards
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure expectations are met
- Supporting detailed fieldwork and office surveying assignments
- Verifying the accuracy of information gathered on-site and ensuring smooth transition to deliverables
- Maintaining and caring for all surveying equipment
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
- Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and contribute positively to the team
- Willingness to travel to various site locations across the UK with own vehicle
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and engage with clients on-site
- A current, clean manual driving license
