Wanstead Leisure centre is currently looking for receptionists to join the team to deliver excellent customer service and make a success of this exciting Centre.
Wanstead Leisure Centre is dual use facility and boasts a 51-station gym, studio, sports hall, 4 squash courts and a multiuse games area. The facilities operate in partnership with Wanstead High School.
Job responsibilities
- To control the flow of public through the reception foyer.
- To assist members of the public with bookings and hiring of the Leisure Centre.
- To deal with customers in a polite and efficient manner, face to face and on the telephone.
- To work as part of a team, or independently as the situation demands, support other team members and provide cover as required.
- Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
