We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to join as a Senior Leisure & Library Assistant to work in our Central Library in Ilford.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the facility and support the Centre Manager.
- Be excellent ambassadors, promoting and encouraging the use of our services.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working within a customer service environment and delivering exceptional customer care.
- This post will involve lone working, early morning, evening weekend and bank holiday working.
- Requires Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification.
