Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the high end commercial and residential sectors. With project values typically ranging from £5m to £50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 20 million pound housing project in Virginia Water. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities from initial planning through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the project from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
