Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial and residential sectors. With project values typically ranging from 5m to 50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across key schemes.
As their Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximising profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial delivery on major projects
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Monitoring project costs, variations, and financial performance
