Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial and residential sectors. With project values typically ranging from £5m to £50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across key schemes.
As their Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximising profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the commercial delivery on major projects
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Monitoring project costs, variations, and financial performance
- Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure commercial success
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
- Supporting reporting and forecasting across multiple projects
