We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mailroom Coordinator to join their team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office support or administration experience with a maintenance background who is looking to take on a varied and responsible role.
The Role
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Organising and filing documents accurately
- Distributing mail and correspondence to the correct departments/individuals
- Handling ad-hoc office support tasks and odd jobs as needed (maintenance duties)
- Playing a key part in keeping the office running smoothly
The role will also include training to become a Fire Marshal. If you are already qualified, that will be a distinct advantage.
About You
- Has prior experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities assistant, or mailroom support)
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can multitask and prioritise effectively
- Has a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Is reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of key tasks
- Has experience with maintenance tasks
