We are a leading restoration contractor focused on external facade restoration and the refurbishment of historic and architecturally significant buildings. Due to growth, we are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.
As our Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate, commercially robust tenders from enquiry through to submission. You will assess scope, quantify works, engage supply chains, and support negotiations, while working closely with the Production and Contracts teams to protect the company’s commercial interests and support successful project delivery.
We invite applications from Estimators with the following attributes:
- Commutable to our offices in South West London
- Relevant working experience in estimation and business development (ideally 5+ years)
- Knowledge of construction including restoration and refurbishment
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Keen interest in restoration and conservation
