Due to maternity leave, we are now recruiting for a PMO Manager who will work closely with the EMEA Management Team driving key strategic initiatives and projects for the EMEA organization. The PMO Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment, consistent planning, and implementation follow-up.
You will be involved in multiple strategically important projects and initiatives to fulfil EMEA’s strategic plan, contribute to outlining plans and strategic focus, drive high-strategic-value projects across the region, engage in EMEA strategy to establish long-term priorities and initiatives, collaborate effectively with diverse teams to create actionable plans, and drive the organization toward executing the long-term strategy. You will also prepare well-structured and concise communication and decision-making materials.

- 3-5 years of experience working in change management projects or in project management.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with complex geographical considerations.
- Strong personal initiative and exceptional ability to work independently.

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to understand other viewpoints, and strong influencing skills.
