Site Manager - Externals

Vision Personnel are delighted to be looking for a Temporary Site Manager with a strong background in external construction works to join our team for a key project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and deliver high-quality external works, ensuring health, safety, and site efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations focusing on external works specifically cladding. * Manage subcontractors and site personnel to deliver project milestones. * Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with HSE regulations. * Monitor and report on progress, quality, and health & safety compliance. * Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth site execution. Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential * First Aid at Work – essential * CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred) – essential * Proven experience managing external construction projects. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
