Vision Personnel are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established, family-run main contractor based in Northeast London. Following a significant increase in workload and a number of new contract wins, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial function. Specialising in fit out and refurbishment, they have a strong pipeline of projects across both internals and externals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a close-knit team where their contribution will have real impact.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior management, you will take ownership of the commercial function across a number of live projects, managing costs from inception through to final.
