Our client is ideally looking for a Field Installation Manager, that's based no more than an hour away from their Ilford office. The role location varies between: London, Surrey, Hertfordshire & Essex.

Role overview: As a Field Installation Manager, you’ll oversee multiple installation projects, making sure they run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, installation teams, and subcontractors to keep everything on track.

Duties:

  • Manage Installations – Oversee projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Work with Clients & Teams – Keep strong relationships with clients and site teams, ensuring materials and deliveries arrive on time.
  • Supervise Subcontractors – Make sure subcontractors meet quality and deadlines. Lead toolbox talks when needed.
  • Provide Updates – Attend meetings, give progress reports, and solve any issues that arise.
  • Handle Contracts – Ensure contracts are followed and help resolve technical or site-related problems.

Must have requirements:

  • Experience managing installations (especially windows and doors).
  • MTC or FENSA Skills Card and First Aid certification (a plus).
