About the company, Our client is an established facilities management contractor delivering hard FM and maintenance solutions across London and the South East. Operating with a dedicated in-house team since 2016, they provide building fabric works, PPM, and reactive maintenance, with a strong reputation for responsiveness and quality service delivery to commercial clients. Role overview: This is a reactive maintenance role that involves being on call. Our client has contracts with hotels, restaurants, schools and pubs across the Southeast, inside and outside London, including the Home Counties. * Reactive maintenance * Planned preventative maintenance * General building fabric duties * Working in hotels, restaurants, schools & pubs * 1–2 days a week on-call rota (6am–11pm) * Willingness to travel Requirements: * Driver's licence * Maintenance and commercial background * Basic electrical experience * Basic plumbing experience * Carpentry * Plastering Package: * Competitive salary (DOE) * Company van + fuel card * Mobile phone provided * 30 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 extra day for your birthday * Out-of-hours work paid at x1.5 * Overtime (over 45 hours/week) paid at x1.5 * £345 on-call retainer (paid on top of salary) * Expenses fully covered * Pension scheme * Company shares
