Hvac Engineer - Reactive Maintenance

Vision Personnel is working with an established client seeking an experienced HVAC engineer to join their commercial maintenance team.\\n\\nThe role involves working predominantly within hotels, pubs, and restaurants across London and surrounding areas.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Clean driver's license\\n\\n * Maintenance and commercial background\\n\\n * 5 years experience\\n\\n * F-Gas qualifications\\n\\n * Level 1 Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning\\n\\n * Experience with AHU systems\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\n * Reactive maintenance\\n\\n * Changing compressors\\n\\n * Planned preventative maintenance\\n\\n * Working in hotel's, restaurant's & pubs\\n\\n * Weekly call outs\\n\\n * Willingness to travel\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Company Van\\n\\n * Fuel card\\n\\n * Mobile phone\\n\\n * 30 days holiday (+1 for birthday)\\n\\n * Time and a half for OOH (out-of-hours) work\\n\\n * Expenses paid for\\n\\n * Anything over 45 hours is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate\\n\\n * £345 (retainer paid on top of salary)\\n\\n * Pension\\n\\nInterested?\\nContact Luca directly on (phone number removed) to apply or for more information
