Role Overview, We re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in scaffolding and bricklaying to join a well-established and growing team. This is a hands-on role covering the full commercial cycle, from tendering through to running multiple live sites, ideal for someone who wants genuine ownership over their projects. Key Responsibilities: * Managing tenders and preparing competitive bids for new projects * Taking and negotiating offers from clients and subcontractors * Running commercial oversight across multiple live sites simultaneously * Measuring and valuing bricklaying and scaffolding works * Managing costs, budgets and profitability across projects * Liaising with main contractors, clients and site teams to ensure commercial accuracy throughout each project Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within bricklaying and/or scaffolding * Strong commercial acumen with tendering and bid management experience * Confident managing multipl...
