Our client has mainly domestic contracts within Essex for PLC house builders and the jobs will be based inside an occupied new build property. Within this role, you will carry out routine repairs, inspection, and general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment.
- Carry out basic repairs such as fixing doors, windows, locks, tiles, and flooring
- Conduct scheduled inspections of equipment and facilities
