Key Responsibilities- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project management team
- Managing and maintaining project documentation, files and records
- Handling correspondence via email and phone in a professional manner
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and diaries
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoicing
- Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers on behalf of the team
- Supporting with document control and maintaining accurate records
