Maternity Cover Insight Manager Role
We’re looking for maternity cover at either a Research Manager or Executive level to join our team for a year. You’ll play a central role in supporting our clients with project delivery across a variety of exciting projects. Acting as the bridge between clients and our research teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with real impact.
This is a temporary contract for up to 12 months with occasional visits to our offices in London or Liverpool.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Insights, this role will be responsible for managing and supporting clients throughout the research journey, from briefing to insight delivery.
- Lead projects across both qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
- Provide strategic input into project design and new business development, methodology, and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Present findings in a clear, compelling and actionable way.
- Collaborate closely with directors and colleagues to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is quick to learn and adapt:
- Experienced in market research (agency or client-side), with knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methods. Moderating and presentation experience is ideally required.
- Passionate about understanding people, culture, and brands.
- Naturally confident, empathetic, and professional – focused on building strong client relationships.
- Creative as well as analytical – able to turn data into powerful insight stories.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by delivering exceptional client service.
- Ideally experienced in brand tracking, advertising/communications testing, or brand development.
