Vision One is an award-winning agency specialising in consumer and business research. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for someone to join our team as an Insight Executive in the North West. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Market Insights Executive to join our growing team. This position will allow the individual to be exposed to various aspects of the business functions. Although residing in qualitative, there will be opportunities to assist with quantitative and desk research, as well as assisting with recruitment and helping at focus groups.
The research and insight executive position will be full-time with a competitive salary to be discussed at the interview. Salary £20-25K depending on experience. Benefits include:

The role will entail:
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting advertisements on various platforms and managing incoming applications
- Identifying recruitment partners and building relationships with them
- Screening potential participants (on the phone) against a set of screening criteria to identify those that meet the quotas in place
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system and sending reminders the day before to ensure participants attend
- Coordinating and scheduling the focus group dates/times/locations and any online In-depth Interviews (IDIs)
- Uploading data (Video/Audio) to our analysis platform and help with identifying core themes and insights
- Helping with data preparation, coding, reporting and creation of the debrief deck on the findings
- Assisting the wider business (as and when required) with quantitative questionnaire building and survey outputs
- Where required, undertake desk research to identify industry trends and market opportunities and understand the client’s operating landscape
What we are looking for:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Neuroscience, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Our new Liverpool Office has access to excellent transport links and is located within the city centre, making it accessible by rail, bus, car, foot and even water links! We currently work in a hybrid situation, allowing some at-home work each week. We ideally want someone articulate, highly motivated with a can-do attitude, who’s prepared to get stuck in whilst assisting the rest of the team when needed.
